The edje-4000 is a real-time streaming Advanced Video Codec (MPEG-4 Part 10 or H.264) encoder. MPEG 4 Part 10 and H.264 is commonly referred to as Advanced Video Codec or AVC. AVC supports many profiles and layers making it useful for many markets including Satellite distribution, Cable, Telco and Broadband TV, high quality security and surveillance and Mobile applications.
